The ARABICA COFFEE BEAN FROM LOJA, IS 100% WASHED AND CLASSIFIED ON MESH 15, HAS A CUP SCORE 0F 85 POINTS SCAA SCALE, AND IS A AGTRON 50 DEGREE ROAST. OUR COFFEE HARVEST IS CARRIED OUT ON ONLY 100% MATURE BEANS. WE AVOID THE HARVESTING OF GREEN, OVERRIMED, RED AND DRY BEANS. THE PULPING PROCESS IS CARRIED OUT BY PRODUCERS INDIVIDUALLY ON THEIR FARMS. THEN THE COFFEE IS FERMENTED FOR 14 TO 16 HOURS PRIOR TO THE WASHING AND DRYING PROCESS.
